Last updated 9/13/2026. These terms explain how naijapdf works, including the Kobo credit system, so you can use the service with confidence.
1. Overview
naijapdf provides in-browser tools to merge, split, rotate, organize, and convert PDF and image files. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the tools.
2. The Kobo credit system
Most tool uses cost 1 Kobo. Guests receive 3 free Kobo to try the tools. New registered accounts receive a 2 Kobo signup bonus. Kobo can be purchased in Naira at ₦50 per Kobo. Free and bonus Kobo carry no cash value and may expire if the service changes.
3. Subscriptions
Monthly (₦3,000), quarterly (₦8,000), and yearly (₦30,000) plans give unlimited tool use for the plan's duration. Subscriptions are billed in Naira and remain active until their expiry date. They don't auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack in Naira. A transaction is only completed once Paystack confirms payment. Kobo or subscription access is granted after confirmation. Keep your Paystack receipts for your records.
5. Privacy & files
In-browser tools process your files on your device wherever possible. We don't claim ownership of your files. Don't use the service for unlawful content, or to process documents you don't have the right to handle.
6. Acceptable use & changes
You agree not to misuse the service, overload it, or attempt to bypass the Kobo or subscription system. We may update these terms, pricing, or the Kobo system over time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Active subscriptions are honored until their expiry.
